Horrible IT/tech customer service

Everytime you speak to a different tech support person you get a different answer and they have no idea what prior tech support people told you. The people who come into my home have mostly been rude and I've had no confidence in their ability to do their job.

We have switched to Roger’s internet a few months ago, asked them to bill our credit card directly (on the contract). Shaw was so much better before being taken over by

I have been a loyal customer for Shaw for 4 years. Then Rogers came along. Waited for my contract to expire than jacked up the price. Wouldn't even match a better offer from Telus but sadly, the Telus isn't available in my building. Yet. As soon as it is, I am dropping Rogers like a bag of dirt. CRTC should have never let this merger go through. Clearly, Rogers doesn't care. 1* reviews all over the place!

Horrible customer service

I will never recommend this provider. So many promises made but only 2 at the most done. Tried contacting the agent who convinced me to try Roger's. Just kept saying he was going to call and resolve the issues but NEVER heard from him. Only texted back when I said to remove his unit. AGAIN said he would call but never did. Had to More

Do not trust any Rogers sales at your door

Agent Saba arrived at the door to promote what she called no contract no fee cancellation internet package. I asked several times if cancellation is free ahe said yeah just cancel before installation. Then i found i was locked in a two year plan with 15 per month cancellation fee. Rogers will always try to charge more even after cancellation I had to call multiple time to get it straight out. Use another company.

Slow internet despite promised speed

I was supposed to have super fast internet according to the seller, but I don't. I only have access to an average of 6 Mb/s. Technicians have been trying to fix the problem for about a month and I was told today that my request is closed and that nothing can be done. I have wasted a lot of time and now I have to find another provider.

Endless negotiation for best deals.

Prices are always High. Need to call often to get the best price. It is always 1 hour or more phone call. I dread it.

Monopolistic control over essential services

Damn monopolists pushing everything they want on me. No deal without TV included, modem interface artificially locked.
