I left Transat Telecom after 3 years of good service because their prices are no longer competitive. Decided to go with FIzz Internet as they use same coaxial connection as Transat Telecom and as Videotron. Saving 13$ a month for a connection 2-4 times as fast. I offered Transat Telecom a chance to meet Fizz price, but they refused.

The network is not very stable, the speed varies, and the internet server slows down far too often.

Excellent high-range coverage even outside the house (in the garden for example). In addition the price / quality ratio is very excellent. I strongly recommend Transat Telecom for the quality of its service and for the availability of its agents at all times to respond to any possible concerns.
