The internet does not work. When you call and talk to tech support, they blame it on equipment and wires that were working 12 hours previous. The it is the fault of the router that is not even connected yet. The problems started the very first day of the contract and continued every day there after. Anyone looking for a less expensive internet provider in Canada, I strongly recommend that you do NOT choose VMedia. Their internet drops multiple times per day, and their methods of customer support always change, or drop, and their methods of contact disappear. Got a speed drop last week, tried to resolve it with customers service, spent a few hours on a phone with ZERO results. We were unfortunately with Vmedia for 4 years before switching to Telus. Anytime you need any help, expect to wait 1-2 hours minimum.
