I haven't been with Virgin for a year yet and they're giving me a raise from $29 to $35, but for new people they're doing it at $29, I'm definitely going to change.

Lie to customers... and put pressure on Bell

Perfect place to lie and scam you... My partner had to change his cell phone with Virgin; his account showed him that he was entitled to a free phone upgrade. He had the free Crave promo. The employee tried to migrate him to Bell; he had to pay $80 for the phone upgrade (while his account indicated that he would be entitled to it free of charge; he should have migrated to Bell). My partner saw his plan increase on top of that... He asked the salesperson if he would keep Crave free, he said yes of course... After the grace period during which you can normally cancel the contract expires, we lose Crave free. My partner calls and gets a call center probably from another country, an employee who barely speaks French and shows my partner that at Virgin, lying to the customer is company policy... But hey! With $11 a month, we can get Crave back. My partner doesn't like being lied to and getting away with it (like just about everyone else) and now wants to know what it would cost him to terminate his contract because their chat response system with a bot as inefficient as its employees, it's not glamorous either... Well, we would charge his cell phone nearly $600, to which would be added fees of $175? And I imagine taxable. And we understand that we can't trust their words so we risk having surprises... Virgin mobile doesn’t want to give me back my cash

I was with virgin mobile for 14 years, I had to go with a different company because I got a better deal. I’m very disappointed.because Virgin mobile does not want to give me back the money they owe me which is 144.99!!!!!!!!

They don't care about their loyal customers

Yesterday I called twice to tell them that I received an offer from another operator that was better than their current package, and that I would like to stay with them if they offer me the same offer, or something similar. I was transferred to the loyalty department and was surprised by the indifference of the employee who answered my call, as if she didn't believe me and took my words lightly. I

Unprofessional customer service

Their internet is good, but the customer service is the worst I've ever seen. They never fix problems, and sometimes their attitude borders on aggression. Very disappointed with the experience.

Worst customer service for moving

We got our order canceled 3 times when moving. Never able to speak to the same person when calling for information about our order.Then when we try to cancel the service we had to verbally wreslt with the member to finaly be able to cancel.Rating is 1/5 but i would put 0/5 if possible.

Scammers for real!

was told my bill is gonna be $30 + tax, then i get charged $49 and a $75 activation fee which i was told will be waived. They are legitimately scammers. The customer support calls me, asks for proof. I send them an email from their rep showing what plan she promised me, they say email is not proof.Bell and Virgin are scammers.
