I haven't been with Virgin for a year yet and they're giving me a raise from $29 to $35, but for new people they're doing it at $29, I'm definitely going to change.

Perfect place to lie and scam you... My partner had to change his cell phone with Virgin; his account showed him that he was entitled to a free phone upgrade. He had the free Crave promo. The employee tried to migrate him to Bell; he had to pay $80 for the phone upgrade (while his account indicated that he would be entitled to it free of charge; he should have migrated to Bell). My partner saw his plan increase on top of that... He asked the salesperson if he would keep Crave free, he said yes of course... After the grace period during which you can normally cancel the contract expires, we lose Crave free. My partner calls and gets a call center probably from another country, an employee who barely speaks French and shows my partner that at Virgin, lying to the customer is company policy... But hey! With $11 a month, we can get Crave back. My partner doesn't like being lied to and getting away with it (like just about everyone else) and now wants to know what it would cost him to terminate his contract because their chat response system with a bot as inefficient as its employees, it's not glamorous either... Well, we would charge his cell phone nearly $600, to which would be added fees of $175? And I imagine taxable. And we understand that we can't trust their words so we risk having surprises... The man on the phone refused to transfer him to retention, since he was trapped beautifully, he's th

Yesterday I called twice to tell them that I received an offer from another operator that was better than their current package, and that I would like to stay with them if they offer me the same offer, or something similar. I was transferred to the loyalty department and was surprised by the indifference of the employee who answered my call, as if she didn't believe me and took my words lightly. I

Since August 8, I have received 7 calls from Virgin, without leaving me a message. Since I have just changed cell phone companies to another distributor and I have time to call them back to find out what is going on, I call them back. I explain the situation to the gentleman who is already not very cooperative... little by little he asks me for my account number, how many GB... I tell him that I have no idea. He accuses me of not knowing, and he explains to me that he is just doing his job in an arrogant tone. I tell him that I am not angry. I do not know his information. I sign my contract, I have a cell phone, I call, I chill on it and in 3-4 years I change it. In short, I am not satisfied with how he treats me and despite having told him to let it go, he continues.... So I hang up. About ten minutes pass... he calls me back and very arrogantly he reminds me that I hung up on him. Ok... and he explains to me that he has nothing on file, they never contacted me, he says they are probably fraudsters. I remind him that I just clicked on the number he contacted me and I got there. That's it. When I had just started speaking, he cuts me off immediately. I had to interrupt him in turn and I said that I had let him speak and that I expected the same thing.... In short, the exchange is not professional at all. He answers me, that he listened to me so it was now his turn. In short, he ends up telling me that he checked the file and he has nothing. Well, perfect, good news, the call will have an end... but no, he continues to want to explain to me that I don't really know what, that he is doing his job... ♀️. I stop him and tell him that it's ok... he continues. I told him I didn't understand the situation, that I had other things to do. He called me rude. I hung up, I was at the end of my tether... Learn to pick up in life, my dear sir. Why bother with a customer who is just trying to find out why she called 7 times? First call, you don't have the answer, perfect, it doesn't matter. End of the call. It doesn't help to continue, and the customer reminds you to let it go, pick up. Don't waste your time calling her back, at worst, move on to the nex

Oh, Virgin Plus… where do I start? You know that friend who always promises they’ll pick you up at 8, but shows up at 9:30 with a latte and no apology? That’s Virgin Plus. The “Plus” must stand for Plus dropped calls, Plus slow data, Plus customer service that’s basically a group chat of people shrugging. I’ve had romantic relationships last longer than it takes their reps to “look into it.”I’ve tri

I have had them for 3 day. The worst experience with a cell phone company in 46 years. Probably the worst experience with any service I have ever had. I can't even view my bill to tell you the whole story and I can't get anyone on the phone now to help because it is a Sunday and a long weekend. I had been connected to 4 agents through no e of which could or would help, meanwhile my service is susp

The customer service is very unpleasant. I called before to suspend my service. And to my surprise, my account was charged for an internet bill that I didn't use. I called for my refund. The agent spoke to me as if it was a favor they were doing me. It's my money.
