I haven't been with Virgin for a year yet and they're giving me a raise from $29 to $35, but for new people they're doing it at $29, I'm definitely going to change.

3 days!!!

I have had them for 3 day. The worst experience with a cell phone company in 46 years. Probably the worst experience with any service I have ever had. I can't even view my bill to tell you the whole story and I can't get anyone on the phone now to help because it is a Sunday and a long weekend. Customer Service!

The customer service is very unpleasant. I called before to suspend my service. And to my surprise, my account was charged for an internet bill that I didn't use. I called for my refund. The agent spoke to me as if it was a favor they were doing me. It's my money.

Disappointing Service and Unexpected Charges

Horrible They have been a very good provider in the past but I no longer recommend them, they charged my for international calls that are incoming that I didn't awnser and I have coverage for international calls on my plan witch say 7 countries but when I talked to them about this say said it's only 5 countries and they don't seem to care

I was with Virgin Plus for 16 years. Early on they contacted me to let me know they had a cheaper plan available and saved me $15/month. That has changed. 4 times with no notice my bill went up because my plan didn't exist anymore. The last time it went up in March this year I called them about it. More mediocre TV

Internet and TV service...poor customer service, French package TV package I never got the free channels I was promised activation scheduled for the 10th and 11th at 3pm still not working, Virgin TV Plus app kept disconnecting...advertising on old shows...I cancelled everything on the 11th...luckily the supervisor offered very good follow-up even though he was unable to fix the missing channels!

Terrible service

Last 2 international trips I paid for roam sweet roam. I was unable to send or receive calls. I was double billed for some days. Customer service rep couldn't care less. I am a long term customer and am done with Virgin.

WORST experience ever!

Absolutely the worst!Terrible service, lots of unreasonable hidden charges. Theifs, by all means. I just learned Virgin Plus is charging me $16 extra per month!!!? and am in the middle of cancelling my service, hopefully!
