It's off to a bad start... I took out an eBox subscription this morning and I just received the contract by email. They wrote the contract for another person who has the same name as me, but who lives in a completely different city! (?!?)

The problem with Ebox is that when you need support, the people who answer you lack knowledge or training. Otherwise, if you know how to manage very well on your own, it's a very good choice. Otherwise, it's unfortunately a pain

Inutile de parler de vos préférences d’installation : elles ne sont pas respectées, il n'en tiennent aucunement compte et ne reconnaissent pas leurs manquements en harcelant le client par des courriels qui maintiennent une date d'installation qui n,est pas disponible.
