It's off to a bad start... I took out an eBox subscription this morning and I just received the contract by email. They wrote the contract for another person who has the same name as me, but who lives in a completely different city! (?!?)

Didn't get the referring rebate. Contacted customer support via chat and got an horrible experience. First they will ask more questions than a bank to identify you. I mean, seriously they keep birthdate on file.
