I made the mistake switching to EBOX Fibre in Ottawa. It's been a nightmare since then. At the beginning the internet was working OK. Then is stopped working after 3 days. I've been calling the EBOX customer service for the last 6 days, still no resolution. Today they said it might be fixed next week. If you like to have unreliable internet, useless customer service, then I recommend EBOX for you!
