It's off to a bad start... I took out an eBox subscription this morning and I just received the contract by email. They wrote the contract for another person who has the same name as me, but who lives in a completely different city! (?!?)

I have been using cable forever, but my new building has fiber and decided to give a chance to ebox. So far it works great. I have more speed than before for the same price. Matter of fact, I obtain more speed than the hired plan! Which is pretty amazing.I have 60mb, and I obtain 75mb....

Reps are not helpful, impolite and utterly incompetent.Just spoke with Mena who I think deliberately kept me on hold longer than necessary and was unable to help with the issue. The price is competitive but if you find something similar speed, save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
