The network is unstable; expect frequent technical outages. Customer service agents don't speak French well, often explaining the problem multiple times and identifying themselves at each stage of the call. In short, the overall service quality is far from optimal.

Switched from slow cable internet to 500mbps fibre with Ebox for $40/month and so far it works flawlessly without issues. There is about 10ms more latency compared to Bell since it routes to Quebec but no noticeable impact for everyday use and gaming.

I like that the plans are becoming more standardized, meaning I don't have to deal with price increases since the price stays the same. There are sometimes brief, one-minute connectivity drops at night (I imagine for network updates). The speed promised in my plan is achieved and stable. Note: EBOX offers several types of connectivity. I recommend fiber to the home (FTTH).

Customer technical service is offloaded to another country to staff who have no knowledge. Have had nothing but problems from day 1. Telephone (VOIP) works sporadically, a day or 2 a week if we're lucky. I had been with an excellent company for 25+ years but they were bought out by EBox (Bell). Where are you CRTC!!
