We changed internet provider to get a better network. We went from Cogeco to Distributel. We had to change modems because we weren't getting the network we were paying for, which was 1000 megabits, we were getting between 10 and 35 megabits. Takes 3-4 technicians repeat visits and a month to properly install the service and get it working. Every move was the same.
