They say I didn't return my devices which is false since I have proof. They took money from my account without my consent it's horrible! They tell me to call Canada Post when they are on strike ouch bravo I have my tracking number and they received my equipment!!! Incompetence at its best.

Despite billing glitches, or oversights when requesting hardware replacement every few years, they always make it right in the end. I requested the installation on June 15. They confirmed the installation to me on June 25 between 8 a.m. and noon. Nobody showed up. I called at noon and they told me to wait until 5 p.m. Still no technician. On site it shows they provide service and after 7-10 days of request service they denied for internet. They said they do not provide service in this area. They said cable connection is not available. I said cable is already connected, only there is a need of activation of internet. They said technician should visit then only they can activate.

There is no email ID to coominicate with serviceteam.on call service agent does not provide any call ID number for confirmation. Telecaller agent said they do not send cancellation email to customers. I have to call them to get my money back from Distributel after service termination. Very poor customer service and not get proper response as per request. Stay away for Distributel internet service.
