I find this comany is very slow and keeps crashing and has a lot of error messages. And it has crappy communication when wanting to ask questions.

We were with Rogers, got a deal on Perkopolis and switched but made a worse decision to go with Primus. So many outages, kids study for university exams, projects and internet is always down, not stable, comes and by the time we try to connect it's gone again. Internet off for 6 days and before this off and on. I tried to get support but no one calls or comes. They close my ticket. I open it and they schedule tech person for 3 different days and no one shows. They blame Rogers for not coming. I have no idea now how to move forward other than DO NOT USE PRIMUSMore

I switched over of course on the promise that it was going to be just as good as Shaw or Tellus or Rogers, but it is not! It is constantly losing connection and I work from home so this is not acceptable. I've called into tech support multiple times and of course their usual responses reset the modem and the other little thing they give you and I do that but it doesn't doesn't help! Avoid these guys or you're just going to be irritated!

I have found Virgin continually send offers that are of no interest and the technical support is abysmal. I attempted to determine if a notification was a scam and the contact person just hung up on me. I am not impressed.I am no technical expert and old so I want simplicity, security, and reliability with very little SPAM. I am not interested in gaming or games in general other than solitaire

Long time user, many moves. They actually sent out a tech to check my lines and, even though the problem was never fixed at that time (it eventually resolved itself in two months, I guess it was an infrastructure problem) I found them very apologetic.
