Fizz, one of the latest entrants in our telecom market. They distinguish themselves by their competitive offerings, loyalty benefits and features such as data-rollover, data gifting and plan on-hold etc. Offering only BYOD plans, they allow their members to build and manage their own plans, eliminating bill-shock. DISHONEST COMPANY
Gave Fizz a try. Wasn't happy after the month so I thought that would be it. Looked at my credit card and they have already charged for next month! WTF I haven't agreed to another charge on this pay as you go service!! NO customer service phone #available. Online online chat only. Found hidden cancellation on app. We'll see if they refund the fraudulent charge! NOT recommended!

Don't bother with other low cost carriers
Good company! I was with Lucky AND public mobile before and this company and its coverage is much better. Don't even both with the other low cost carriers, as you will pay for it later. It has been 3 months that I can't even receive calls or make calls from home. So far after 7 tickets and 3 months sending attachments, I'm simply seeing automated emotional-support kind of message on my ticket without having any kind of solution suggested.Their customers support seems to be run by a bunch of irresponsible teenagers that are their to send you automated message and are certainly dyslexic to a point where they cannot even make the difference between 2 sentences.
