I signed up for 1gbps internet and activated my service on Aug. 03. By Aug 05, my network had already gone down several times in two days. I got wakey thinking they were a way to avoid the giants like Rogers and Telus which constantly prioritize new clients over existing. The price the promise, all seemed great. everything after that was awful. First off they sent my modem to my new address ahead of my move in date, red flag no.1. Don't even open the site. I put in some info to see a quote, and they created an account and sent me an invoice without my permission. Thankfully I never gave them my card info so they can't actually charge me. This is definitely some type of shady business, it doesn't even come up when you try to google it.
