My internet has not gone down since it's inception. With tax I pay under $50 for 25mbps down and 10mbps up and it's usually 12 or 13mbps up which is a bonus. When the service guy came to install it a couple of years ago, he found an issue with the line that the last guy missed. Very impressed with Diallog Internet.☺️

We are still an the old copper lines from Bell in this area. Bell called it high speed when the first started to increase the speed over the lines in a DSL form. Years ago, that was still better than the wireless service that was available in this area. Bell has it's own equipment. Although, the electronics are good, they were limited to the area. At one point, I was able to get a very high speed but then, after our lines where hit by lightning, Bell told me that I couldn't get the 50/10 anymore. For years now, I tried to get better service for the ever increasing fees Bell was charging. I researched the area for different providers and found Diallog. The company has a great service department, good communication skills within their office and the flexibility I needed for my home service. The price was

Genuinely helpful, and I'm sad to go, moving out of the country--cancellation took 8min, 30sec, zero hassle. Fairly confident they're the best budget ISP in Canada. Very rare drops, stable as a rock, standard DSL speeds, fastest and most efficient customer support I've EVER encountered, and cheaper than Bell/Roger's. I'm sure their margins are razor thin, so I'm going out of my way to post a good review for them. It's well deserved.
