Flee! Seriously.... FLEE!! If it's not horrid service is additional fees and then fees on the fees and 'oh, that price was introductory only'.... absolutely rubbish value, absolutely taking advantage and gouging the life out of people who may have no other option. To my good fortune, I now do have alternatives so adios Xplore! ZERO stars!

This is the worst internet company by a longshot the actual speeds are not even close to the speeds being payed for if as so much as the wind blows it stops working constantly having to call to figure out why its not working this time. Its so crazy how they can push these horrible plans to people that just want reliable internet. its no wonder they change the name of this company every year or two More

Due to our location we were previously stuck with wireless that was affected my many variables. Then came Starlink. It was a good deal for us until Xplore became available. I knew the lines were being installed and I annoyed the local installer many times until it was announced. I am very happy that I was one of the first locations to be connected. The service and connection are great.

Xplore has gone downhill. Spotty internet, rude support, and unnecessary charges for equipment. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Kevin was the gent that came to do the service. He was so pleasant and knowledgeable. He called ahead of time to let me know when he would arrive and explained things to me so I fully understood. Awesome guy!!
