I had an excellent experience with Virgin previously. Times have changed. Costco had a January promo of $39 (CAD) for unlimited Canada, some US and 10Gb. I signed up for that on January 17th. I went back on Feb 15th and just happened to see that the current promo was 30Gb. Ok, no big deal, I've had my plan less than a month, I'm sure they will make good... man, was I wrong........... More

This company is a fraudulent one. They increased my monthly plan without any prior notice. They also said If I refer a friend, my friend and I would get 50 dollars credits in 10 instalments and it was a very big lie. They never credited the money! The network is also not so great. Just be careful if you are planning to use virgin plus.

After 12 years with this company I decided to switch because the customer service is really bad. In short I had an issue which I was looking to resolve but the rep wasn't helpful instead she is trying to get me to pay more. Never paying attention to what my problem was in the first place. Package amount has changed three times in one year and each time I'm told it's the last one... the last increase was $4... and I was told it was a mandatory increase requested by the CRTDC (!!??!!!) just nonsense...

I have been a customer for 10 years but when you ask them to access the packages offered to new customers, their customer service suggests that you completely change supplier, that's what I'm going to do, goodbye to Virgin and Bell for life
