the worse customer service, they give wrong information over the phone, and they send different billing to clients
after 4 months of waist of time over the phone,
all they do is to say we are sorry our staff gave you wrong information, and the client pay the bill

Although the internet connection is good and the customer service excellent, the Helix TV system has shortcomings and connection problems.

I needed help from the technical service for the installation but the lady who helped me was great and extremely patient. Videotron says it's easy to install but they exaggerate a bit even for me who usually does pretty well with this type of installation I needed help.

Take notes when negotiating discounts. There is often a discrepancy between what was agreed and when the invoice is received. We waste a lot of time negotiating with them! Their computerized billing system seems from another era: more if, less that, divided by your postal code, a real mess to understand. You have to be very vigilant to avoid getting scammed! The OPC should put an end to all these ways of playing with the customer!

I am with the Accès Cible business which is correct but the supplier is Videotron, my TV has internet and at least once a day I experience difficulties.

*PROS* - In case of a major problem, fast and efficient customer service. - Competitive prices that do not disappear after 6 months or 1 year. *CONS* - The quality of the Internet is correct, but ordinary. Frequent slowdowns during peak hours. - Their online platforms for account management are non-intuitive and incomplete (not the same platform for landline and internet).

I transferred with Videotron and it is a very big regret. The internet speed with their Helix terminal is awful. Even with the fastest. I will change after a few months. I really do not recommend.
