I've been a loyal customer for 30 years already. They resolve the problem quickly, and I'm very satisfied with the new Helix. It's super easy to use for all applications, and the internet is incredibly fast. Thank you for the attentive customer service; they always find a solution to satisfy our requests.

Videotron's network is excellent, especially since I got Helix; my signal works on both floors of my apartment without any signal boosters, despite the concrete ceilings. Customer service is easy to reach, and problems are usually resolved quickly.
