I've been a loyal customer for 30 years already. They resolve the problem quickly, and I'm very satisfied with the new Helix. It's super easy to use for all applications, and the internet is incredibly fast. Thank you for the attentive customer service; they always find a solution to satisfy our requests.

We'd been using Videotron's old internet and TV technology for a long time, but we switched to Helix, and both the internet and TV services are perfect. The customer service is excellent, and the price is good too. The internet doesn't disconnect or cause any problems, even with two Helix terminals running simultaneously, and the My Account area is very well designed.

Videotron is advertising the PRICE FOR LIFE. It's a false advertisement. They just want to attrack customer with the false advertisement. The "Price guaranteed for life - Never pay more" if FALSE. They will increase when they want to increase it. Don't fall from the false advertisement.

When I switched from Illico to Helix, everything seemed better. Good: I could use live TV everywhere and even my recordings. Bad: when I pause a recorded program and then return to it, it restarts from the beginning. Illico didn't do that, and I think Helix TV didn't do that at first either when I switched. It's really annoying that I have to keep track of where I am in every program.
