Terrible customer service. They protect your number and then you have to pay to unlock it. Worst company ever, I got ripped off. Their online access is awful. Don't fall for it. Never again.

I really appreciated Patrick's work, but he's now in sales and I have a bill to pay, but I don't know how to do it or how to track my data usage abroad. I get a text message asking me to pay, but they don't answer my questions! Quite disappointed :(

Customer service is not very good. They harass you about paying your bill if you pay by Interac. They call about 3-4 days after the billing date and roughly every week. The wait time on the phone is extremely long before you can speak to someone; the first time I waited 55 minutes. If you call, it's always at least 30 minutes.

This provider should be avoided at all costs; it shouldn't even exist. Since January 7, 2026, I've been trying to cancel my Tigydoo service. Videotron had difficulty transferring my two cell phone numbers; it took two days. Despite my request, they continued to charge my credit card in February and March. At the end of March, I changed my credit card number, and they called me to warn me that the payment hadn't gone through and told me I had never cancelled my plan. The person never recorded my cancellation request in my file, and now they want me to pay for May. I find this situation unacceptable and illegal. I filed a complaint with the

Non-existent or ineffective customer service when they finally answer your call after an hour's wait on hold. They don't honor their commitments regarding data and speed. Billing errors are never resolved.

It took 5 days to activate the line. Customer service is nonexistent; they don't answer when you call. They block your phone number so you can't transfer it to another provider and charge $57 to authorize the transfer. There are problems with activation and accessing voicemail because you have to call them for a code. It works on the Bell network. No complaints about the network itself.

Everything was great with Jean, he called me when he said he would when it came to switching me over. And I need to update my bank card and I can't get a hold of them. I waited online for 30 mins, got a request to leave me message. Have not heard from them. If I can not pay my bill I will return to my previous provider.
