Terrible customer service. They protect your number and then you have to pay to unlock it. Worst company ever, I got ripped off. Their online access is awful. Don't fall for it. Never again.

I really appreciated Patrick's work, but he's now in sales and I have a bill to pay, but I don't know how to do it or how to track my data usage abroad. I get a text message asking me to pay, but they don't answer my questions! Quite disappointed :(

Customer service is not very good. They harass you about paying your bill if you pay by Interac. They call about 3-4 days after the billing date and roughly every week. The wait time on the phone is extremely long before you can speak to someone; the first time I waited 55 minutes. If you call, it's always at least 30 minutes.

I absolutely do not recommend Tigiidoo Mobile. Since February 23rd, I have simply been trying to transfer my number to another provider. Despite numerous calls (February 24th, 25th, 26th, 27th, 28th and March 2nd) and several emails, my number transfer remains blocked. Customer service is extremely difficult to reach. My emails go unanswered, and when I call, only one in five times does someone answer. On several occasions, their agents assured me that the situation would be resolved within 24 hours or “today without fail,” but no concrete action has been taken. Faced with this lack of solution, I had to file a formal complaint with the CCTS/CPRST, which accepted my case and asked me to provide them with the complete history of my communications. Sim card sent to wrong address.Paid for my months bill in full ahead of time.Mmm then get bill for 11:62 and not stated for what?Tried numerous times by email and phone to get a explanation.They threatened to cut of my phone even though it's fully paid.Now they added the 11:62 onto my March 20 bill.Then today finally someone contacts me but in French Wich I don't speak.Done with this nonsense company

Terrible customer service, they're simply unreachable, they don't reply to any emails... I requested to transfer my cell phone number in January 2026, they took the payment, and then... nothing. Three weeks later, still no SIM card delivered... With all the negative reviews I've read everywhere, I'm going to give up and I'll have lost $75... What a bunch of crooks!

I had a horrible experience with this carrier. I got in with an attractive add on social media, I was on a call with one of their people, but still others tried to reach me. Once client impossible to reach customer service. Now they have my number hostage, I cancelled a month ago, Tandy I can’t have my original phone number back.
