Everything was fine, until I tried to leave because I sold my house and was moving to an area where they did not provide service. Two things: (1) They made cancelling as inconvenient as possible. I had to call on my actual moving day and trigger the cancellation myself, (2) worse, they have stollen almost $3

I strongly recommend Telmax. What impressed me the most is their proactive approach: they actually called me to let me know my internet speed had slowed down, before I even noticed it myself. They quickly sent two technicians to my house to get everything fixed and running smoothly. It is rare to see a company that genuinely cares this much about the customer experience. Excellent service from start to finish!

Really Bad Customer Service as well. Half their site does not work. They don't offer a fair price for a Public IP, Everyone behind a CGNAT like their on a crappy cell phone service. We already had a major outage days after the install.

I've had telMax's 500mbps unlimited fibre to home internet since September 2024. It's been a very good experience compared to 1.5Gbps Rogers cable internet I had prior to switching. The eero Pro 6 router included makes it easy to manage my kid's internet time. I haven't had any service issues and the best part is no slowdown in speed during peak times.
