Onboarding was seemless, I didn't even have to wait for a technitian to come and install since I was previously at Videotron. Teksavvy also changed my plan at some point to transfer me onto their unlimitted internet plan without me having to ask or do anything, which was appreciated, especially compared to my previous experience with Videotron.

If you can afford to sign a contract with a different internet provider, I suggest go ahead do it don’t waste time and money with this people. I have been with TekSavvy for over 2 years and had nothing but troubles with their internet and hardware. Numerous phone calls over the years with their customer service nothing but lies. I don’t understand how a company like this is allowed to operate in Canada.

Used to be good internet, now too many people with them which uses up most band width. Too much buffering and waiting for sites to come up on the lap top.
