Teksavvy The worst internet service I’ve ever experienced — extremely slow speeds, frequent outages, and the most unprofessional and rude customer service I’ve ever encountered.

Been with them for over 2 years and never had an issue. Support has been strong when needed with satisfied results. They raised my monthly fee and complained I could get cheaper and faster for same cost and they kept my plan the same. Many people complain about disruptions but do they realize it could be the cable company (shaw/rogers) fault they piggyback off of...Make sure your router modem is compatible and if in doubt reset reset reset...

Been with TekSavvy for a few years now and lately I noticed more buffering issues (intermittent slowdowns) and lately I have to reset my modem more often as the internet would die and not recover. I contacted TekSavvy online via chat and asked about upgrading to 500mbps at their current promotional price, unfortunately I got disconnected before she came back to me, but Jennifer who I was talking to emailed me with the offer of the current promotional price they are offering for one year. I called and after talking to customer service on/off on hold as she talked with management, she came back at the end to deny the original offer Jennifer emailed me. Obviously this company doesn't want to keep their customers. I have found 3 other companies I'm looking to switch

Very bad internet service, been using it for less than a year , no stable connection . Hanging most of the time time . No technical support to sort out issue and customer service is not helpful and have manners in dealing with fixing problems and get technical support to sort out issues

Unprofessional and unreliable. Would not respond to service interruptions and just blamed external technicians. Do not use this company.

The beset thing about this company is that you can actually get hold of someone in a reasonable amount of time. The internet service was mediocre, dropped lots. I did make mention of it to them, and two days later a Rogers tech showed up unannounced to try and fix it, but by that time I had already switched providers. My biggest complain comes from the cancellation, however. They made it easy, or so it would seem, to cancel. Told me they were going to ship a label for me to send back their modem, which never showed up. I more or less forgot about it, then they sent a co

I recently had an issue while upgrading my internet package to a faster plan, and I was fortunate to receive assistance from a support representative named Carla (I hope I’m pronouncing her name correctly). From the very beginning, Carla was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful. She spent nearly 40 minutes working with me to make sure everything was resolved properly. At one point, I accid

I was having trouble with my internet service and phone dropping out so I thought I would switch to a smaller, local company offering internet service through my cable connection which had been solid as a rock. I signed up with Teksavvy and between 8 June and 18 July I had 13 drop outs of internet and phone service. I would have to power cycle the cable modem and service would be restored. During this time I contacted support service and they would find nothing wrong. After cancelling the service and returning the equipment I got an email saying I had failed to return the equipment. I did have an email from them after I had returned the equipment saying I had a credit balance, but they still said I faile
