Im extremely disappointed in purple cow. Theyre trying to separate themselves from the big guys and act all righteous UNTIL you try to cancel. Ive reached out 3 times and they've just been ignoring me. Thats a very shady practice. So helpful in every single way. After being lied to and treated poorly by Bell this is such a refreshing change. Took less time to get purple cow hooked up than it did for Bell to fix my services. So helpful and quick at responding at every step. No number to call, no options to choose, just an easy text away for support.

I don’t mean this as a complaint, but I have to say that I’m very disappointed. I’d just like to share my experience in the hope that it helps improve your service.I requested a coax cable installation for my new address on June 16, 2026, since there wasn’t one installed. I was given a confirmed appointment for July 2, 2026, but unfortunately no one showed up, and I wasn’t informed of the reason.

Two months in a row I call. Realized its busy so I hit call back No call back several hour pass nothing. They used to be so good now I can not recommend them. I text them nothing . I am done with them

I have been with Purple cow for over a year now and only ever had a few problems. But their customer service representative is not good. I waited all day for someone to call back or message me regarding scam emails. I received a text this morning and all it said was account good. I understand that they have alot of customer to help but when it comes to something like this I think they should take it serious. To me this was unacceptable.

You get what you pay for. Absolutely terrible. Going back to Bell. I will have to go from Saturday to Thursday with no internet or TV because there modem is crap. I am done!!
