Best price ever for a great network coverage, speed and stability. You pay way less because they don't have to pay for a call center, but you have access to support throught the great community. Easy to find answer in english and also in french. Also, you get rewards to lower your monthly bill. Public mobile referral code save you $10

The old one was bad but the new one through Telus is absolutely horrible. I don't want to use a chatbot service to pay my bill. There seems to be no other option.
New website/app is so slow....even slower than the old website.
Phone service is good and price is good.
However, I'm totally willing to leave just from the new interface.

I switched after good reviews from a friend. Sadly the network is not as good as roger’s, has been a nightmare acrivating and 5 days later I still can’t sign ip to their app. All trouble shoot online has been useless and their support seems inexistant. Unable to talk to a human being. I’m giving it another try but likely switching back to my old provider asap.

For the subscription, the quality of the network, the billing, no worries, everything is fine. But if you have a problem, forget Public Mobile. They do not have any customer service. They have a chat bot (of poor quality) to answer general questions, but if you have another problem, they have an online ticket service, which they do not answer.
