Apple’s iPhone 6s Plus is a large-format iPhone built around a 5.5-inch Retina HD display, pairing a familiar aluminum body with the home button, Touch ID, a Lightning port and a 3.5 mm headphone jack. The screen uses IPS LCD technology, reaches 1920 x 1080 resolution at 401 ppi, and adds 3D Touch for pressure-sensitive shortcuts and previews. Inside, the A9 chip with the M9 motion coprocessor and 2 GB of RAM delivers the core performance of the 6s family, while storage options range from 16 GB to 128 GB. Photography was a major step forward for this generation, with a 12 MP rear camera, optical image stabilization on the Plus model, Live Photos, and video capture up to 4K at 30 fps. The 5 MP front camera supports Retina Flash for brighter selfies. Apple lists up to 24 hours of 3G talk time, up to 14 hours of HD video playback and up to 80 hours of audio playback from its built-in rechargeable battery.
