Samsung built the Galaxy Note20 Ultra as the top-tier model in the Note family, combining a large display, premium materials and the S Pen experience that defined the series. Its 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen runs at up to 120Hz and delivers a sharp 3088 x 1440 resolution, giving the phone a spacious feel for handwriting, multitasking, streaming and photo editing. The chassis measures 164.8 x 77.2 x 8.1 mm and weighs 208 g, so it is substantial in hand but still relatively slim for its size. Inside, the phone pairs 12GB of RAM with 128GB or 512GB of storage, and Samsung also offered microSD expansion up to 1TB on compatible variants. The rear camera system combines a 108MP main camera with 12MP telephoto and 12MP ultra wide cameras, while the front camera is 10MP. Video capture goes up to 8K at 24fps, and the telephoto camera supports 5x optical zoom with digital zoom up to 50x.
