Galaxy A21: Full Specifications

Samsung’s Galaxy A21 takes a straightforward approach with a large 6.5 inch Infinity O display, a slim plastic build and practical everyday hardware. Its HD+ screen is paired with an octa core MediaTek MT6765 processor, 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage, with microSD expansion up to 512 GB for extra apps, photos and media. The rear camera system combines a 16 MP main camera with 8 MP ultra wide, 2 MP macro and 2 MP depth lenses, while the front camera is 13 MP and the phone supports Full HD video recording. A 4,000 mAh battery with fast charging helps it keep pace with regular daily use, and the feature set stays useful with USB C, a 3.5 mm headphone jack, Bluetooth 5.0, Wi Fi ac, NFC and a fingerprint sensor. The Galaxy A21 is a single SIM model with a nano SIM tray shared with the microSD card, making it a simple Samsung option for users who want a big screen and familiar essentials without moving into a higher tier.

Pros

  • Size: For such an affordable price, the A21 is a large phone, both internally and externally. The phone stands at 6.5 inches and includes a powerful 4000 mAh battery.
  • Price: This phone is very affordable. For around $300 CAD, you can purchase a relatively new Samsung Galaxy device that does everything a smartphone needs to do.

Cons

  • Resolution: The A21's max resolution is 720p. For such a large screen, this is quite noticeable, and left us wanting more.
  • Back: The phone's back is made of plastic which quickly collects dirt and dust. Make sure to put on a protecctive case if you end up purchasing a Galaxy A21.
