They send email on when money comes out but they take it out before the date they email u when it says on the date but took out 6 days before it supposed to come out and try to say u have until that date but bill from email states on this date not by this date can't talk to anyone that speaks inglish horrible

My monthly plan increased by 7.6% in 2025 and 10% in 2026. The base inflation was 2.4% in 2024 and 2.1% in 2025. This means I'm paying too much at $54.50 per month. It's infuriating having to constantly negotiate this; they do it on purpose, no respect for the customer. I had a phone appointment, and the agent didn't answer, and at the other end of the line, it was a cacophony like I was in a classroom... Absolutely ridiculous!

They keep pushing ROGERS on their Customers and withholding 5G service / speed, just because. Now they're charging for support!? Annoying how they might offer you a decent deal initially but raise the price $5 at a time hoping you don't bother with finding a better deal. I was paying $40/m for 4GB plan. They increased the price. Customer service was pretty bad they wouldn't let me have my old plan, telling me they couldn't do anything, but failed to mention there was an even better plan that was available with 10gb for $35 or something like that...
