Completely lousy customer service! People don't understand anything, we have to keep repeating the same information, they're arrogant. They give us advice without really knowing what they're talking about. They don't listen to the customer. It's horrible! RUN AWAY FROM BELL

Bad experience for a company like Bell

After opting for another residential internet package from Bell in order to reduce my bill, I lived almost 10 days without an internet connection. Their customer service is far from reality. No mastery of their tasks, just promises without concrete results. After the connection is reestablished, it lasted just a week. With all that, they scheduled a technician in 4 days. The service is really bad.

Failure to accept incompetence

3 months ago we paid our bill in full. They then processed a payment which went back nsf. We called them, and were told the payment went through and that be cause there was a dou le payment they were going to issue a refund. Nothing I cant do about it

I am beyond frustrated with Bell Mobility right now. I upgraded my plan from 100GB to 200GB on September 9th because I had already used up my data. Bell shows on my account that the change is “effective immediately,” but here I am 6 days later and NOTHING has changed.I’ve called them every single day since and all they do is put me on hold for ridiculous amounts of time without fixing the issue. Frustrating Service Cancellation Struggles

I've been trying to cancel my services for 2 weeks... I can't... they always transfer me and I never get the line... I went to work so I always have to cancel the call because no one answers...
